Josh Bascom
Josh is the Associate Rector at Christ Episcopal church in Charlottesville, Virginia. Josh was born and raised in Charlottesville, but first arrived at Christ Episcopal Church in 2010 to join the Fellows Program and work as the parish Urban Missioner. After attending seminary and working for a summer at Trinity Episcopal Church in Charlottesville, Josh joined the staff at Christ Episcopal Church in the Fall of 2016 and now serves as Associate Rector. His ministry focuses on the Seniors and Young Adults of the parish, as well as Pastoral Care and Worship/Lay Ministry coordinating. Josh graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2010 with degrees in History and Political Philosophy and received his Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School in 2016. He is married to Courtney and together they have three children.
